Chuck, Dennis and Susie, please accept my condolences on the loss of dear, sweet Anna. Your mother was like a second mom to me. To this day I remember her kind, loving words of encouragement. I always knew she was in my corner. Anna was a faithful and steady friend to my mom for all her life. Anna was one of a handful of friends who came to say goodbye to Mom the day before we moved her to Maryland. Anna never let their friendship waiver, even when Mom's dememtia altered the nature of that friendship.

I visited Anna just a few weeks ago when I was in Williamsport. I held her hand and talked to her about growing up on Poplar Street. Her eyes brightened when I mentioned you all by name. She was so proud of you. May your wonderful memories of her be with you today and forever. Love, Karen

To the Barnes family (Chuck, Dennis, Susie) - please accept our condolences on the passing of your mom. I'd see her when I was in town to visit my parents both of whom resided at Williamsport Home. I have fond memories of your parents and our childhood growing up on Poplar Street.

To Chuck - your are a good son your daily visits to see your mom, your readings and volunteer work does not go unnoticed.
