Timothy Lee Selleck, 75, of Montgomery, formerly of Trout Run, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
He was the beloved husband of the late Shelley A. (Thomas) Selleck with whom he shared 53 years of marriage at the time of her passing in 2022.
Born on August 22, 1950 in Williamsport, Tim was the son of the late Harold E. and Patricia J. (Spencer) Selleck.
After high school, Tim graduated with an associate’s degree from Williamsport Area Community College with a focus on office equipment repair.
He was employed by Ken Bergren, Inc. in Williamsport.
Tim was a member of Covenant Central Presbyterian Church where he was active in the choir and bell choir. He was also a member of the Republican League.
He loved working on his antique Packard, music, traveling, amateur photography and spending time with his family and friends.
One of Tim’s proudest achievements was designing and building a cozy and unique house for his family, using wood salvaged from an old abandoned church.
Tim was well known for his sharp wit and his remarkable ability to recall even the smallest details of past life events.
Mr. Selleck is survived by his daughter, Carrie (John) Noble of Montoursville; six grandchildren, Spencer (Sarah), Ellen Noble (Tyler Cohick), Joel Noble (Jenna), Matthias Noble, Jack Wentz (Madigan), and Jenn Wentz; great grandson, Hudson; and brother, David A. Selleck.
In addition to his wife and parents, Tim was preceded in death by his daughter, Katherine Wentz, and brother, Wayne H. Selleck.
A memorial service to honor Tim’s life will be held at 11 AM on Friday, January 30th at Covenant Central Presbyterian Church, 807 West 4th Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tim’s name may be made to Covenant Central Presbyterian Church at the address provided above.
