Timothy Wayne Packard, 68, of Montoursville passed away, Friday April 4, 2025 at the Gatehouse.
Born February 15, 1957 in Williamsport he was the son of the late H. Wayne and Helen Louise (Miller) Packard. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Connie (Larson) Packard and their daughter, Lindsey Hassenplug (Donny) of Lewisburg.
Tim graduated from Montoursville High School in 1975. A devoted athlete, he played softball and basketball, playing a significant role in the Montoursville Basketball team's two state appearances. Later, he spent 10 years as a referee. He spent several years laying carpet at Doc's Carpet before beginning a 31-year career at Kellogg's. His passion for horses was clear, as he loved horseback riding and spent many years training them. Above all else, he loved spending time with his wife and daughter.
