Nancy K. (Cassarly) Jacobs

Nancy K. Jacobs, 80, of Duboistown passed away, Sunday, March 23, 2025 at home.

Born March 26, 1944 in Altoona, she was a daughter of the late Francis Joseph and Janet Eileen (Sharer) Cassarly.

Nancy was a 1962 graduate of Hollidaysburg Senior High School. She worked as a histologist at the Williamsport Hospital for many years until retiring in 2007. Nancy found joy in baking, cooking, gardening, and ceramics, activities that allowed her to express her creativity and share her talents with those around her.

Surviving are four children, Andrew W. (Cindy) of South Williamsport, CDR Steven R. Jacobs (Jaimie) of Pacific Junction, IA, Matthew C. Jacobs (Dee Waddell-Jacobs) of Williamsport, and Suzanne M. Jacobs of Palmdale, CA; four grandchildren, Miranda, Joseph, Jared, and Andrew Jacobs; three step-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Konnor, and Kameron Hensler; and a sister, Gail Hite of Duncansville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Robert E. Jacobs and a brother, David Cassarly.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
