Nancy L. Clark

Nancy Louise Clark, 86, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at AristaCare surrounded by her family.

She was the wife I. Bart Clark, Jr., with whom she shared 63 years of marriage.

Nancy was born on February 28, 1933 in Shamokin to the late Frank Yoder and Carrie Schrawder.

She is survived by five children, Frank (Shirley) Clark, Nancy (Bill) Gibson, Debra Hanley, Denise (Craig) Gibbs and Robert (Julie) Clark;

Nine grandchildren, William (Roni) Forest Jr., Heather (Mac) Blain, Tara (Chris) Rolley, Amanda (Joel) Gimmi, Tyler Hanley, Derrick (Brittney) Hanley, Damir Gibbs, Madison Clark and Tanner Clark; Eight great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Tobias, Lucy, Braydyn, Tyler, Maci, Connor and Preston.

Nancy was predeceased in death by her husband, I. Bart Clark, two children, I. Bart Clark III and Susan Clark, one grandchild, Justin Wertz and five siblings.

Mam Mam’s greatest role was being a quick-witted, sassy and fiercely independent loving mother and grandmother to everyone she met.

A graveside service to honor the life of Nancy will be held 11 a.m., Friday, September 13, 2019 at Summit Cemetery, 2122 Irish Valley Rd, Shamokin Twp., with the Rev. Lenore C. Hosier officiating.
