Mary E. (Schramm) Bussler

Mary E. Bussler, 91 of Williamsport passed away peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020 at Embassy of Loyalsock.

Born April 6, 1929 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late William and Josephine (Staib) Schramm.

Following the death of her daughter, who was her pride and joy, Mary helped raise her grandchildren as her own. She enjoyed going out to eat, feeding the birds and deer in her backyard and watching the wildlife.

Surviving are her three grandchildren; Laurie Deming (Matt) of Cogan Station, Mark E. Persun and Cheryl Miller (Terry) all of Williamsport; five grandchildren; Michael, Gabriel, Samuel, Molly and Madelyn; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul R. Bussler; her daughter, Deborah Persun; four sisters, Ruth, Edna, Dorothy and Gretchen and four brothers, Carl, Robert, John and Tom.

Services will be held privately at the conveniences of the family.
