Kelly I. Saar

Kelly I. Saar, 53, of Muncy, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 17, 2025 at UPMC Williamsport.

She was the beloved wife of Jason Saar with whom she shared 27 years of marriage.

Born in Williamsport, Kelly was the daughter of Harold R. and Lydia I. (Bartholomew) Price of Cogan Station.

Before retiring, she was a Corrections Officer for almost 20 years at Muncy State Prison.

Kelly loved bringing family and friends together, especially for the 4th of July festivities she hosted at her home. Her nurturing heart touched everyone around her. She was devoted to her family and cherished her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Kelly is survived by her daughter, Sara I. Dalton (Jason Corter) of Jersey Shore; son, Travis R. Dalton of Williamsport; three brothers, Wayne F. Price of Cogan Station, Timothy L. Price (Jodi) of Linden, and Russell L. Price (Donna) of Williamsport; granddaughter, Mallory I. Corter; grandson, Bentley R. Dalton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond H. “Bub” Price.

Services are being held privately for the family.
