Joyce E. Morgan, 77, of Williamsport passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at her home.

Born April 15, 1943 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Lyle L. and Betty N. (Neason) Hampton.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, James N. Morgan; two children, Teresa L. Cox, of Price, UT and James N. Morgan Jr., of MI; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother Robert E. Hampton.

In keeping with her wishes no services will be held.
