Janet E. Foresman

Janet E. Foresman, 83, of Williamsport, passed Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, in her home.
Born Jan. 30, 1935, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Ida Holliday Andrus.
Janet worked at the former GTE. She was a member of Hepburn Baptist Church. Janet was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and baking.
Surviving are her children, Ron Foresman, of Fla., Denise (Rob) Khan, of Calif., Todd Foresman, of Williamsport, and Scott (Tammy) Foresman, of Williamsport; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Karen Marshal.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard L. Foresman and sister, Ruby Reeder.
A memorial service to honor the life of Janet will be held Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Hepburn Baptist Church, 2917 Pleasant Valley Road, with Pastor David Parker officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 57 N Franklin St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
