James N. Morgan Sr., 77, of Williamsport died unexpectedly Sunday, August 30, 2020. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Joyce E. (Hampton) Morgan on July 29, 2020.

Born September 24, 1942 in Williamsport, he was a son of the late John D. and Mary Ann (Mosso) Morgan.

Surviving are two children, Teresa L. Cox of Price, UT and James N. Morgan Jr. of Kingsley MI; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother Robert E. Hampton.

In keeping with his wishes no services will be held.
