Isabel R. Lusk, 91, of Cogan Station passed away peacefully Monday, February 15, 2021 at the Gatehouse. She leaves behind her loving husband of 70 years, Robert E. Lusk whom she married on February 17, 1951.
Born January 6, 1930 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late Walter and Frances (Fisher) Zerbe.
Isabel retired from Wundies as a Floor Supervisor after 38 years of employment. During retirement she embraced her love for cats and as some would say she was the cat lady of Cogan Station.
Isabel attended Faith Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City to be in the sunshine and trying her luck at the casinos. Isabel could often be found playing BINGO and with lottery scratch offs in hand. She was a talented ceramic artist and a collector of many things. For many years Isabel could be found spending time with her daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughters enjoying the annual tradition of Black Friday shopping.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Sharon L. Biber (Alan) and Kenneth L. Haines all of Williamsport; three grandchildren, Michele Machmer (Brock), Gary "Ricky" Vogel II (Jodi) and Paula McCue (Andrew); eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marion Steinbacher and Doris Davis and her daughter-in-law Janet Haines.
A memorial service to honor the life of Isabel will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in Isabel's name may be made to the Lycoming County S.P.C.A., 2805 Reach Rd, Williamsport, PA 17701
