Gail E. (Johnson) Kline

Gail E. Kline, 71, of Williamsport passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at UPMC Williamsport.

Born October 18, 1950 in Providence, RI, she was a daughter of the late Gus and Barbara (Brooks) Johnson.

She proudly served in the United States Army as a nurse during the Vietnam War.

Gail graduated with a nursing degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology. and worked many years as an LPN at Muncy Valley Skilled Nursing Unit. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and going to yard sales. Above all else Gail loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving is her loving husband of 51 years, Charles R. Kline whom she married Jan. 19, 1970; three children, Jennifer C. Kline (Tony) of Celebration, FL, Stacy J. Ferricks (Bill) of Williamsport and Jamie A. Kline (Rachel) of Williamsport, eight grandchildren, T.J. Evans, Amanda Levering (James), Samantha Kline (James) Nicole Ferris (Kris), Lindsey Ferricks (John), Paige Kline (Will), Ezra Kline (Olivia) and Abby Kline (Levi); eight great-grandchildren, Gaven, Aurora, Kayleigh, Aaliyah, Braxton, Kayden, Grayson, Bryson, and another soon to be born; siblings, Karen Johnson and Neil Johnson (Judy) all of Providence RI; and many nieces and nephews. 

A funeral service to honor the life of Gail will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, November 11 at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond Street, Williamsport. A visitation will be held 12 p.m. until the time of service Thursday at Sanders.
