Eleanor A. Westphal

Eleanor Ann Westphal, 95, of Montoursville, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025 at Muncy Place.

Born December 31, 1929 in Williamsport, she was the youngest daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Borowski) Cybulski.

Eleanor was married to Robert E. “Bob” Westphal for 55 years. Together they were the owners of the Dew Drop Inn (now Tiadaghton Inn) of Jersey Shore from 1964 to 1976. They shared a love for the English Center Valley and the residents there. Eleanor later retired as a cost clerk from Lycoming County.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Leonard and Francis Cybulski and three sisters, Mary Cybulski, Rita Nicholas and Lucille Sobocinski. Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

A liturgy service for Eleanor will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, September 5, 2025 at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond Street, Williamsport, where family will receive guests from 10 to 10:30 am.

Interment will be held privately at Wildwood Cemetery.
