Dominick John Ginoble Obituary
Dominick John Ginoble, 89, of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2026.
Born in Williamsport on December 2, 1936, he was the son of Ernesto and Josephine (Mignano) Ginoble. Dominick was one of nine children and was deeply proud of his Italian heritage. He held great admiration for his father, who came to America from Italy and worked tirelessly to build a better life for his family. That example of determination, sacrifice, and devotion to family remained important to Dominick throughout his life.
A lifelong resident of the Williamsport area, Dominick graduated from South Williamsport High School in 1955 and proudly served in the United States Army Reserves. During his high school years, he enjoyed playing football and wrestling, sports that reflected the determination, discipline, and competitive spirit he carried throughout his life.
Dominick dedicated 40 years of his career to Anchor Darling Valve, later known as Flowserve, in the industrial valve manufacturing industry. He worked as an industrial radiographer, using specialized X-ray technology to inspect industrial valves and help ensure their quality, safety, and reliability.
A man of strong faith, Dominick was a lifelong member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Williamsport.
Dominick took great pride in his home and property. Over the course of more than 40 years, he built and improved the house in which his family lives today. He was known for keeping his property immaculate and had an exceptional green thumb. He especially enjoyed growing large gardens and took great satisfaction in caring for his land, home, and family.
Above all, Dominick was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Jo-Ann (Esposito) Ginoble; his children, Gina Ginoble, Ernest Ginoble (Lisa), and Dominique Gardner (Doug); his cherished grandchildren, Anthony Salvatore, Vincent Salvatore, Dominic Ginoble (Tara), Giana Ginoble, Geno Ginoble, Gabriella Gardner (Father, Scott), and Sophia Lane (Austin); and his beloved great-grandchildren, Lorenzo Ginoble, Giuseppe Ginoble, and Carmen Ginoble.
Dominick will be remembered for his devotion to his family, especially for the lifelong love, care, and unwavering dedication he gave to his special needs daughter, Gina, for more than six decades. His strong work ethic, his pride in his Italian heritage, his faith, and the care he gave to everything he built and nurtured throughout his life is his legacy that will continue on through the home he created, the family he loved, and the many lives he touched.
