Dennis R. Lewis, 49, of 626 Second Ave., Williamsport, died Sunday Feb. 20, 2011, at his home.

Born Oct. 31, 1961, in Williamsport, he was a son of Roy and Deloris Holmes Lewis Sr.

Dennis loved being with his family, music, swimming and attending school at Hope Enterprises.

Surviving in addition to his parents, with whom he lived, are five siblings, Roy Lewis Jr. (Gail), Mary Lewis Hamman (Sam), Connie Lewis Schell (Robert), Dorothy Lewis Mayer (Michael) and Keith Lewis (Bobbi); six nieces; six nephews; and 23 great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a nephew, Brendon Nelson.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport. Burial will be held in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery. Visitation will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Sanders.

The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made in Dennis’s name to Hope Enterprises, 2401 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
