Charles Wayne “Chuck” Feaster, II, 54, of Liberty, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, September 14, 2025 at home. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Helen (Norman) Feaster and two daughters, Katelyn Feaster, of Plymouth, IN, and Amy Feaster, currently at Penn State University.
Born October 10, 1970, in Williamsport, he was a son of Patricia M. (Witman) Feaster and the late Charles W. Feaster.
Chuck was a 1988 graduate of Williamsport Area High School where he was a proud member and drum major of the Marching Millionaires. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Business from Millersville University in 1992, where he was also a member of Alpha Chi Rho fraternity. and also completed his accounting degree from Mansfield University in 1996. He worked as an accountant for many years, including the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Chuck was a member at Salem Lutheran Church.
Chuck enjoyed cooking for his friends and family, always coming up with new and exciting recipes to try. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and could always be found rooting on the “black and gold.” He could tackle any fix-it projects around the house with the help of a YouTube video and a can-do attitude. Chuck also had a lifelong love of dogs and always kept a four-legged friend by his side.
In addition to his wife, daughters, and his mother, Chuck is survived by four sisters, Donna (Keith) Mothersbaugh, of Montoursville, Michelle (Mark) Wright, of Roaring Branch, Cher (Vinson) Harrison, of FL, and Emma Feaster, of Williamsport; mother and father in-laws, Don and Janet Norman of Liberty; two brothers-in-law, Chris (Anne) Norman, of Lexington, MA, and Shawn Norman, of Liberty; a sister-in-law, Beth Norman, of Liberty; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a large extended Norman family.
A memorial service to honor Chuck’s life will be held Saturday, September 20th at 11:30 a.m. at the Salem Lutheran Church, 3536 Nauvoo Rd, Liberty, PA 16930. Burial will follow in Salem St. Paul Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., Saturday, at the church.
