Betty I. Carnevale

Betty I. Carnevale, 94, of New Cumberland and formerly Williamsport, died peacefully with family by her side December 24, 2024 at UPMC Harrisburg.

Born August 31, 1930 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late Joshua and Anna Hilling.

Betty was a graduate of Williamsport High School and her greatest role in life was making her house into a home, being a mother and grandmother. She was a member of Baughman Global Methodist Church, New Cumberland.

Surviving are three children, Richard Carnevale of Calabash, N.C., Sheila Hubbard (Ray) of New Cumberland and Timothy Carnevale of Etters; two grandchildren Bronya Schmoyer and Christina Schelling; five great grandchildren, Chandler, Jane, Dudley, Cali and Remy.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Carnevale in 2007 and her 15 siblings.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family with burial in Wildwood Cemetery.
