Barbara Ann (Eberlin) Koser

Barbara Ann Koser, 90, went to be with her Lord, Sunday, May 12, 2024. She was greeted at the gates of heaven by her loving husband of 63 years, Robert Koser.

Born October 5, 1933 in Sonestown she was a daughter of the late Elwood Eberlin, Sr. and Helen (Bacon) Eberlin- Little- Harris.

Barb was a 1951 graduate of Sonestown High School. She worked as a secretary for Williamsport Wholesale Grocery, Professional Standard Review Organization, Loyalsock View Nursing Home, Valley View Nursing Home, Medical Society and Lycoming County Health Improvement Corporation.

Barb was a member of South Williamsport United Methodist Church. She loved to read, assemble jigsaw puzzles, play cards and watch the Philadelphia Phillies or Pittsburgh Steelers games.

Surviving are two sons, Pastor Scott R. Koser (Ellen) of Old Lycoming Township, and Rick E. (Michele), of Jersey Shore; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; her siblings, Wilford “Bud” Eberlin, Robert Eberlin, and Shirley Kinney; a half-sister, Judy Hart (Jim); half-brother, Ronald J. Little; and a sister-in-law, Theresa Warner; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Elwood Eberlin, Jr., a step-granddaughter, Danielle Brinser, her brother-in-law, Raymond Kinney, and her sisters-in-law, Mary Eberlin, Donna Little, and Marlene Eberlin.

Burial will be held privately in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery at the convenience of the family.
