Tammy Hamilton Obituary

Tammy Y. Hamilton, 54, of Williamsport, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at her home.

Born October 18, 1963, in Wellsboro, she was a daughter of Howard J. Gunther, of South Williamsport, the late Sandra K. (Mattison) Gunther and and the late Raymond W. House.

Tammy was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School. She was a member of the Salvation Army where she was a member of the Golden Agers.

She was a devoted Christian and enjoyed going to church. Tammy also enjoyed reading. Most of all Tammy loved and cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are her three children, Yvonne L. Myers, of Muncy, Melissa R. Sholes (Rob), of South Williamsport, and Andrew M. Reeder, of Muncy, six grandchildren, Jerimiah, Dominic, Sammy, Leah, Kurtis, and Joseph, four sisters, Kim M. Jones (John), of Montgomery, Darla Y. DeBlois (David), of Wellsboro, Jennie M. Frey, of Liberty, and Naomi L. Allen (William), of Morris, and her step-mother, Ellie M. House, of Morris.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Monica R. House.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Tammy’s name to her sister, Kim Jones 86 Meadowbrook Rd. Montgomery, PA 17752 to help defer with final expenses.
