Robert E. "Bob" Jacobs

Robert E. “Bob” Jacobs, 77, of Duboistown died Monday, June 24, 2019, at his home with family members by his side.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Nancy K. (Cassarly) Jacobs.

He was born October 28, 1941 in Williamsport, a son of the late William F., Sr. and Catherine (Bubb) Jacobs.

Bob graduated from South Williamsport High School in 1959 and then went on to serve in the U. S. Navy aboard the USS Midway. He also graduated from Lycoming College and in 2003 retired from Delta Galil USA Inc.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are three sons, Andrew W. (Cindy) of Duboistown, CDR Steven R. of Pacific Junction, IA, Matthew C. (Dee Waddell) of Williamsport, one daughter, Suzanne M. of Van Nuys, CA, four grandchildren, PFC Miranda Jacobs, Joseph Jacobs, Jared Jacobs, Xavier Jacobs,  and three brothers, William F. (Carol) Jacobs, of Montpelier, VA,  Curtis C. (Penny) Jacobs of Solomons, MD, and Richard W. (Patricia) Jacobs, of Williamsport.

There will be no visitation and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
