Robert E. Barrow

Robert E. Barrow, 83, of Williamsport, passed away Monday, August 5, 2019 at his home. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Dorothy E. Barrow, on April 20, 2019

Born April 12, 1936, in Ogdensburg, he was a son of the late Emerson R. and M. Lysle (Irving) Barrow.

Robert was a 1954 graduate of Canton High School. He worked at PG Energy for 26 years until his retirement in 1996. Following his retirement, he enjoyed collecting, taking trips to watch ball games with his wife and eating out.

Surviving is a good friend, Vernon Lynn (Marcella) of Williamsport and a sister Cheryl L. Allison of Phoenix, AZ.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Larry D. Barrow of Costa Rica.

A funeral service to honor the life of Robert will be held 2:30 p.m., Friday, August 9, at Sanders Mortuary 821 Diamond St., Williamsport. Burial will follow in Ogdensburg Cemetery, Ogdensburg. A visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the time of service on Friday at Sanders.
