Remi Joan Cowan, of Williamsport, unexpectedly became one of God’s angels on Friday June 7, 2019.
Born February 13, 2019, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of Matthew M. and Ashley M. (Tedesco) Cowan.
She enjoyed smiles, snuggles, kisses and smooches, being rocked, and tubby time. Remi’s biggest smile of love was when she was with her mom, dad and sisters. In her short life Remi touched the lives of many. She was dedicated on May 19th at 3:16 Church. All who knew her will remember her always as their perfect angel.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her three sisters, Juliana M. Willis, Sawyer K. Cowan, and Cali J. Cowan; her maternal grandparents, Michele Tedesco (Tim Karschner), of Williamsport, and Ricky Tedesco, of CA.; her paternal grandparents, Michael and Joanne Cowan, of Elmira Heights, NY.; her great-grandparents, Sarah Cowan, Shirley Grose, Oran Engler Jr., and Pete and Sally Tedesco; her God mother, Marjaneh Frelin; her Uncles, Bryan Tedesco, Brandon Tedesco, Ricky Tedesco, Brennon Hicks and Aunt Katherine Hicks; and cousins, Owen Tedesco, Elizabeth and Ethan Hicks.
A funeral service to honor Remi’s life will be held 2:00pm Friday, June 14, 2019 at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport. Burial will follow in Montoursville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of service at Sanders.
