Mark E. Montgomery, 57, of Williamsport, passed away from years of pain to everlasting peace on Friday, October 25, 2019, surrounded by his family.
Born July 12, 1962, in Williamsport, Mark was a son of the late Walter E. Montgomery, Jr. and Dorothy (Cupp) Montgomery.
Mark was a carpenter who could build a house from bottom to top. He was co-owner of Handy Man Plus with his brother Jeff. His other work was traveling with a crew through several states installing swimming pools. He then lived in Southern Virginia for several years working with a steel company walking the beams. He returned to Williamsport in 2005 when he became disabled.
Surviving in addition to his mother are a daughter, Tonya Ross (Bryan), of Great Falls MT; three grandchildren, Peydon, of Great Falls, MT, and Bradon and Makayla Montgomery, of Avis; and two sisters, Cindy Montgomery and Pam Ogden, both of Williamsport.
In addition to his father, Mark was preceded in death by Jeffrey A. and Jason E. Montgomery.
As per his wishes, there will be no services.
