Lucille Romano, 70, of Williamsport, died Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the Gatehouse of Divine Providence Hospital.

Born November 14, 1946 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of Kenneth A. and Genevieve R. (Baggot) Fitzsimmons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl R. Romano, Jr. on June 7, 1998, four siblings Shirley Miller, Rose Marie Roupp, and Robert and John Fitsimmons.

Lucille enjoyed shopping and loved being with her family, that include five children Carl R. Romano, III (Kelly), Brenda Kurtz, Denise Pletz-Romano (Dave), Michael Romano (Bonnie), and Joseph Romano (Jenn), daughter-in-law Jen Matty, nine grandchildren Tara (Matt), Brandy (Ross), McKenzie, Jenna, Zane, Shawna, Madison, Brady, and Alawna, eight great grandchildren Gianna, Roman, Sincere, Zaidyn, Donovan, Camden, Amelia, and Cayson, three siblings Elouise Snauffer (Tom), Jerome “Jerry” Fitzsimmons, and Theresa Lukens.

In keeping with the families wishes services will be private.
