Kellie L. Hill

     Kellie L. Hill, 54, of Trout Run died unexpectedly Thursday, June 27, 2019 at home. Surviving is her significant other of 18 years, Walter L. Frey.

     Born October 15, 1964 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late Robert Lee Sr., and Geraldine Elizabeth (Egli) Smith.

     Kellie enjoyed being outside, taking great pride in the appearance of her yard and home.  She loved animals, especially her two German shepherds, five cats, and all her beloved pets that passed on before her. Kellie had a loving and giving spirit and was always there to lend a hand. Although she had no children of her own, the love she showed to her family made her a mother too many. She will be remembered as a loving partner, mother, sister, and Mimi.

     In addition to Walter she is survived by her siblings, Robert L. Smith Jr., (Esther), of Williamsport, Neil L. Smith ( Suellen), of Cogan Station, Kenneth W. Smith (Caroline), of South Williamsport, Kimberly J. Cramm (Tony), of Beech Creek, Thomas G. Smith (Jodi), of Williamsport, and Jodi L. Price (Timothy), of Linden; her children who were like her own, Jessica Caccia (Jason), of Montoursville, Jill Frey, of Trout Run, Natasha Atkinson, Connie Hill, and Pamela Esias; two grandchildren, Landon and Maverick; a special niece, Madison Price and several other nieces, nephews and large extended family.

     Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

     In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Kellie’s name may be made to Lycoming County S.P.C.A., 2805 Reach Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
