Jane L. Bozyk

Jane L. Bozyk, 92, of Williamsport passed away, Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018, at UPMC-Susquehanna.
Born June 22, 1926, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Hugh and Alma (Hay) Reid.
Jane was a graduate of Williamsport High School. She graduated from Williamsport Hospital School of Nursing.
Early in her career Jane was a private duty nurse and went on to spend 24 years as a Health Care Administrator at Muncy SCI where she retired.
She was a member of Garden View Church of Christ where she was the choir director. Jane was also choir director of the ABC Singers at the Williamsport Home.
Jane is survived by her children: Daniel A. Bozyk, of Williamsport, Ann L. (Jeffrey) Bastoky, of Coral Springs, Florida and Bruce R. Bozyk, of Linden; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Judith Snider.
A graveside service to honor the life of Jane will be held Saturday at noon at Wildwood Cemetery.
A life celebration luncheon will be held Sunday at 11 a.m. at Garden View Church of Christ, 1941 Princeton Ave., Williamsport.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jane’s name to the Lycoming County S.P.C.A, for care of the cats, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701 or the Lycoming Animal Protection Society, 195 Phillips Park Drive, South Williamsport, PA 17702.
