Helen L. Bubb

Helen L. Bubb, 81, of Linden, passed away peacefully Monday, July 9, 2018, at her residence.
Born Feb. 5, 1937, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Herbert and Laura Bell Baylor.
Helen was a homemaker most of her life, but also worked at Brodart, Bethlehem Wire Rope and retired from GTE Sylvania. She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved to spend time with her family.
Helen was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
Surviving are her children, Sharon Sterner, of Lock Haven, Deb Bubb, of Linden, and Paul (Melissa) Bubb Jr., of Linden; grandchildren, Paul Bubb III, Justin Bubb, Jordan Bubb, Shannon Sellinger, Ronald Sellinger, Jeremiah Bubb, Isabell Bubb, Jamie Shearer and Joni Shearer; great-grandchildren, Evan and Eli Sellinger and Trae and Jayden Thornton; a great-great-granddaughter, Kianna Kinley; siblings, Richard, Ronald and Terry Gamble, Paul and Craig Reed, Doris Gee, Joan Freezer and Joanne Evans; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Paul E. Bubb Sr.; a brother, Herbert Baylor Jr.; and a sister, Judy Reed.
In keeping with Helen’s wishes, there will be no services.
Memorial contributions in Helen’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
