Fay L. Stonge, 70, of Linden died Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at her residence.

 Born February 1, 1947 in Williamsport, She was a daughter of the late Chester R. and Muriel L. Ely Kahle

Fay was a 1965 graduate of Montgomery High School and also a graduate of Empire Beauty School.

She retired as a Program Aide from Hope Enterprise after 17 years of service. Fay and her husband Gary were foster parents to more than 30 Children over a 10 year period.  Fay was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Fay loved cats, Elvis music, collecting antiques, going to drag races with her husband and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Gary L. Stonge; children Bethany Michelle Stonge, Gary E. (Sherry) Stonge and Jamie L. (Andrea T.) Stonge all of Montoursville, grandchildren Travis J. and Ashley N. Bastian, Brandon L. (Alissa) Stonge, Colin H. Stonge, Ashley Schrecongost, Tanner Rogers, Chelsea M. Stonge and Zachary D. Stonge, great grandchildren, Neveah, Julia and Alayna and a sister, Betty Jane Kahle.

A funeral service to honor the life of Fay will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St. with Rev. David K. Bixler, officiating. There will be a viewing from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Fay’s name may be made to the Susquehanna Health Cancer Center C/O the Susquehanna Health Foundation, 1001 Grampian Blvd. Williamsport, PA 17701.
