Clinton T. Miller, 86, of DuBoistown, died Saturday, April 22, 2017, at the Gatehouse at Divine Providence Hospital.
Born November 18, 1930, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Sibie Sylvester and Mary Elizabeth Shaffer Miller.
Clinton attended Lycoming College and graduated from Penn State University in 1964 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He retired as an industrial engineer from C.A. Reed. Clinton served over 20 years for the Borough of DuBoistown as councilman and member of the planning commission. 
Clinton was a member and former President of the Hyner Mountain Snowmobile Club. He enjoyed Penn State football games and tailgating at the games, traveling, boating on the river and spending time at the river lot. His greatest love was spending time with his family.
Surviving is his daughter, Linda (Roger) McKee of South Williamsport; a grandson, Timothy (Jessica) McKee of DuBoistown; great grandchildren, Gage and Blade; a sister, Dolores (Earl) Mowrey of Montoursville; a brother, Charles (Louise) Miller of Williamsport and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Shirley L. Miller; and siblings, William, Francis, Esther, Harry and Raymond Miller, LouElla Herbert and Pearl Koch.
A funeral service to honor the life of Clinton will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Interment will be held in Wildwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Clinton’s name may be made to the Penn State University Alumni Association, C/O the Sustaining Pride Member Fund, 1 Old Main, University Park, PA 16802 (Please include Clinton’s name with contribution) or Susquehanna Health Foundation, C/O Susquehanna Home Care & Hospice, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701
