Bernadine Fox Obituary
Bernadine M. “MOM-MOM” Fox, 94, of Williamsport died Monday, August 13, 2018 at UPMC-Susquehanna Williamsport Hospital, two days before her 95th birthday.
Born August 15, 1923 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Lulu Mae (Mayer) Horton.
She had worked as supervisor for Buckeye Pretzels for 51 years. Bernadine was a former member of Moose Lodge #145. She enjoyed bowling, senior citizens bus trips especially to the casino, and also Bingo.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia A. Richter of Lockwood, NY, a daughter in-law Gail S. Fox of Williamsport, nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 19 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons LeRoy “Doc” Fox on June 12, 2018 and Frederick M. Fox, Sr. on August 2, 2017, a son-in-law Howard “Red” Richter, and eight siblings.
A funeral service to honor the life of Bernadine will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St. Williamsport. A time of visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Sanders Mortuary.
