Sharon K. Wolfgang, 76, of Montoursville, died peacefully, Friday, November 3, 2017 at Valley View Nursing Home, Montoursville. She was the wife of Lester E. Wolfgang, Jr., whom she married April 8, 1960.

Born November 4, 1940 in Williamsport, she was a daughter of Melvin M. and Ellen E. (Fink) Grove.

Sharon had worked at Weldons and Wundies and was a member of St. Paul’s-Calvary United Methodist Church. She loved to western square dance with her husband and together they were members of the Grand Square and Susquehanna and Hanks. They loved traveling all over Pennsylvania western square dancing.
 

Surviving in addition to her husband are two children Laurie A. Huff (Bill) of Cogan Station and Richard T. Wolfgang (Michelle) of Cogan Station, three grandchildren Shawn Wolfgang (Meggan),  Amber Dougherty (Charles) , and Benjamin Huff, five great grandchildren Levi, Brennen, Alexis, Oaklinn, and Gabe, three sisters Dorothy Shick (Richard), Nora Crandall (James), and Ann Grove, and a brother Melvin Grove.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Edith Tawney.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
