Sandra A. "Sandy" Applegate, 63, of Williamsport, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, at her home.

     Born Feb. 9, 1953, in Grove City, she was a daughter of the late Orman L. and Anna L. (Samples) Dulaney.

     Sandy worked many years for Primus Technology. She was affiliated with Newberry Church of Christ. Sandy was an avid Elvis memorabilia and dolphin collector. She was an animal lover and had two dogs, Logan and Maggie.

     Surviving are a son, Barry L. Loner Jr, of Avis.; three brothers, Letcher A. Dulaney (Sandra), of Linden, Jesse J. Dulaney, of Cogan Station, Patrick A. Dulaney (Sue), of Williamsport; a sister, F. Vivian Cohick (Paul), of Linden; and two grandchildren, Brittaney Loner and Brayden Jarrett.

     In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by twin daughters, Jennifer L. and Mary J. Loner; a brother, Dudley C. Dulaney; and two sisters, Virginia L. Eck and Beatrice L. Lowe.

     A memorial service to honor the life of Sandy will be held 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport, with Pastor Ronald D. Savits officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until time of service at Sanders Mortuary.

     Burial will be held private at the convenience of the family in Wildwood Cemetery.

     In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Sandy’s name to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
