Elizabeth J. Lorah, 90, of Williamsport died Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at the Williamsport Home.
Born June 2, 1927, in Taneytown, Md., she was a daughter of the late David W. Sr. and Marianna (Sell) Hess.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Jack F. Lorah on April 13, 2011.
Surviving are her sons, Ronald (Charlene) Bowers, of Watsontown and James (Marilyn) Bowers, of Montoursville; grandchildren, Jody Gardner, Wendy Bowers, Michelle Houtz and Mark Bowers; stepgrandchildren, Courtney and Elliot Lafferty, Ryan Beach and Tara Gundrum; 10 great-grandchildren; and a stepson-in-law, Bruce Lafferty.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her siblings, David W. Hess Jr., Josephine Anderson and Donald Hess and stepdaughter, Pamela Lafferty.
A memorial service to honor the life of Elizabeth will be held Saturday, at 2 p.m. at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond Street, Williamsport.
Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
