I had the great privilege to work with Bill at Baptist Bible College and Seminary (Now Clarks Summit University). He was my New Testament "go to" scholar who answered my questions with an unusual skill making the less than obvious clear, the little known known, and a teacher who could bring deep thoughts to the surface. Beyond that, Bill was one of the finest Christian men I have known—a true Christian gentleman of godliness and goodness. I thank God for the life and ministry of Dr. William Arp.
